Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes enhance customer outcomes and contribute to purpose-led transformation. What Youll Do
- Create and refine user stories that enable delivery teams to achieve customer-focused outcomes.
- Document current and future state processes identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery squads to gather validate and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
- Partner with architecture and platform teams to shape clear actionable artefacts that drive strategic outcomes.
What Youll Bring
- Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis within large complex organisations applying Agile and traditional delivery methods.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Skilled in facilitating structured workshops and synthesising information into coherent documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with experience managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with insurance industry processes and systems is highly regarded.
