About the role
Work in a dynamic team to ensure the effective and timely delivery of high-quality compliance support to the business to assist in making determinations relating to eligibility entitlements and claim liability.
This role is required to assess support requests and make decisions on priority and work allocations within the Governance and Integrity Group and external private investigation panel according to policy and work practices.
About the Team
The Investigation Services Team part of the Finance and Governance Division features a collaborative structure that includes a Team Manager Senior Investigators and various assessment roles all working in together to achieve shared goals. The team thrives on open communication and mutual support fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute.
