Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via live chat on our online platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
- Assist customers with questions related to menu items orders and employment opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining clear communication.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve future service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu and service changes.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
Desired Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
