We are expanding our support team to include a Customer Service Agent who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether theyre asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via live chat on our online platforms.
• Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
• Assist customers with questions related to menu items orders and employment opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining clear communication.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve future service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service strategies.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu and service changes.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

Desired Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
