Tasks

  • Strategic responsibility for (multiple) key accounts and projects from defining objectives to successful implementation
  • Professional and disciplinary management of project managers and consultants in transformation and IT projects
  • Building new customer relationships and/or expanding existing customer relationships as well as actively contributing to sales and growth strategies
  • Control and quality assurance of complex multi-project setups with a focus on efficiency profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Development and presentation of strategic concepts and decision-making documents at the management level
  • Close collaboration with management to further develop service portfolios and internal structures

Requirements

As an experienced consultant with a strong understanding of people business and projects you will actively shape the future of digital this role you will assume strategic responsibility for key clients and project portfolios lead interdisciplinary teams and make a significant contribution to the further development of our company. Together with our clients leading companies in the automotive retail and insurance sectors you will develop sustainable solutions manage complex digitalization initiatives and build long-term partnerships.

What you need to be successful with us:

  • Completed university degree (././MBA or equivalent)
  • 710 years of experience in management or IT consulting with demonstrable sales experience
  • Strong understanding of key account management and project control
  • Proven sales success and enthusiasm for entrepreneurial activity
  • Excellent German and English skills (C1) as well as proficient use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Empathetic solution-oriented personality with clear communication structure and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel (30%) and identification with the companys values
