Our client is looking for you!

Our client sells high-quality refurbished e-bikes and aims to become a global sustainability leader in one of the fastest-moving markets worldwide. Freshly backed by a 60M Series C and expanding into the US the company is entering a major scale-up phase. Your role will directly shape the operational backbone of the business and transform its biggest warehouse into a high-performing future-proof operation.

Tasks

Lead and grow the Operations team in the companys largest warehouse.
Implement scalable workflows and continuously improve existing processes.
Build a motivating structured and safe environment for all blue-collar teams.
Ensure smooth daily operations end-to-end from inbound to outbound.
Work closely with the Warehouse Lead to drive the next stages of growth.

Requirements

Strong background in operational excellence and leading blue-collar teams.
Ideally experience in a warehouse fulfillment or fast-scaling environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Fluent English (C1) and comfortable working with international colleagues.
Hands-on mindset you solve problems on the floor and act pragmatically.
