AsApp Growth Manager you will join our App Growth team working closely with Product Marketing Analytics and Design teams to drive the growth of our mobile apps across multiple European markets. This position isunlimitedand located in Berlin.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Drive app growth initiatives across organic and paid channels to increase visibility and user acquisition

• Identifyopportunities to improve conversion performance and acquisition efficiency

• Plan run and analyze experiments and A/B tests tovalidategrowth ideas

• Manage and improve App Store Optimization (ASO) including keyword research metadata and store assets

• Work closely with designers and copywriters to improve app store visuals and messaging

• Support planning optimization and analysis of paid app campaigns (Meta TikTok Apple Search Ads Google App Campaigns)

• Monitor performance and user behavior using analytics and attribution tools

• Collaborate with Product Data andMarTechteams on tracking attribution and measurement

• Use modern growth tools and automation to scale testing and reduce manual work

• Track competitors and market trends toidentifynew growth opportunities

YOU COME WITH

• Professional experience in app growth performance marketing ASO or paid user acquisition

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into clear actions

• Hands-on experience with app growth and ASO tools includingAppTweak Sensor TowerAppFigures Mobile Action as well as analytics tools such as GA4 Firebase Amplitude orMixpanel and attribution tools likeAppsFlyer Adjust or Branch

• Practical exposure to paid app marketing platforms including Meta TikTok Apple Search Ads and Google App Campaigns to support acquisition testing and optimization

• Experience working with KPIs reporting and experimentation frameworks

• Structured and hands-on working style with a strong ownership mindset

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams

• Practical experience using AI / GenAI tools to automate repetitive work improve productivity and optimize daily workflows ( generation debugging documentation decision support) with a proactive mindset toward adopting new AI tools

• Excellent level of English is essential; German is a plus
