Job Summary
Job Title: Senior IT Program Manager consultant
Location: New Jersey USA
Required Skills and qualifications
Technical Must have
- Clarity Planview or like PPM tool
- Agile Scrum Master experience
- Agile Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps Rally Jira etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project Powerpoint Excel
Personal Must have
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of the end-to-end project landscape and add strategic insight
- Takes ownership of delivery narrative and outcomes
- Proactive takes initiative accountable self-motivated
- Strong written & verbal communications skills including meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
- Collaborator and team player with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong planning and organizational skills attention to detail and ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
- Ability to work & think independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to share knowledge at different levels be hands-on with the team as required
