- Define and execute comprehensive QA strategies for e-Commerce platforms mobile applications OMS and omni-channel integrations.
- Lead testing efforts for new features promotional campaigns system enhancements and critical integrations (e.g. payment gateways inventory).
- Focus on user experience (UX) testing functional accuracy performance and security across various devices and browsers.
- Instruct product owners developers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust test cases.
- Oversee defect management risk assessment and provide sign-off for releases impacting OO capabilities.
- Promote best practices in web and mobile testing and contribute to the evolution of our OO QA framework.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Marketing or a related field.
- Extensive experience (10 years) in QA leadership specifically with e-Commerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud Magento Shopify Plus).
- Solid understanding and experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration points.
- Proven track record in testing omni-channel functionalities and customer journeys.
- Familiarity with web testing tools (e.g. Selenium Playwright) and mobile testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
