IIQAF is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Windsor. This full-time on-site position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our Hospital/Health Care environment. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors you will provide essential administrative support and contribute to an exceptional experience for everyone who enters our facility.

In this role you will be responsible for managing front desk operations including answering phone calls scheduling appointments and assisting patients with inquiries. Your organizational skills and friendly demeanor will help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to providing high-quality health care services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
