Receptionist & Branch Administrator
Type: Full-Time Permanent In-Office
Location: West Edmonton AB

Our client a well-established and growing organization in West Edmonton is looking for a confident professional and highly organized front-office professional to be the face of their branch. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety takes pride in delivering great service and wants to be part of a team that values initiative and reliability.
What Youll Be Doing
- Greet clients and visitors in person by phone and via email with warmth and professionalism.
- Keep the front office and daily branch operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage calendars meetings and appointments while keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate meetings events travel and special projects.
- Support sales operations and installation teams with admin tasks logistics and follow-up.
- Handle invoices deposits purchase orders shipping coordination and office supplies.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception showroom and office space.
- Look for ways to improve processes workflows and the overall client experience.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things moving.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent equivalent experience.
- Completion of secondary school preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion confidentiality and professionalism.
