Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Pick up and deliver the mail
Open and date stamp all general correspondence
Collating and scanning documents
Order all office supplies
Answer telephone assist with walk-ins and customer requests
Direct customer requests to appropriate sales team members
Maintain up-to-date client information by updating the system
Assist with data entry to keep equipment lists up to date
Write letters to customers and vendors
Multitask effectively
Work with minimal supervision
Receive shipments and provide documentation to Project Coordinator / VP
Assist VP with other tasks as required
Excellent command of the English language.
Clear and professional communication skills
Knowledge of MS 365
Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
