The People & Culture (P&C) Division sits at the heart of the Vice President Operations portfolio and is dedicated to empowering our people and shaping an exceptional employee experience. We bring together P&C business partners and specialist teams across Culture Capability and Belonging Wellbeing Health and Safety and Workplace Relations all working collaboratively to help our people thrive.

We are seeking an Organisational Development Consultant (Performance & Career Growth) to play a pivotal role in building and embedding consistent and effective performance career development reward and recognition practices across UOW. This position provides specialist support advice resources and facilitation aligned with UOWs performance and development frameworks.

Working closely with P&C teams and stakeholders across academic and professional staff groups you will:

• Support capability uplift and the continuous improvement of performance and reward-related processes.
• Provide policy advice and specialist guidance on performance management career development and recognition practices.
• Facilitate programs and initiatives that enhance employee growth engagement and organisational effectiveness.
