Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Procurement and Sustainability Specialist to manage supplier relationships oversee production and ensure ethical high-quality sourcing. This role focuses on international and local supplier management sustainable material sourcing and seamless coordination of production and delivery processes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Identify evaluate and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
Oversee the production lifecycle including factory evaluation pricing order placement sampling and delivery coordination.
Manage logistics and address production challenges to ensure timely delivery.
Source sustainable and recycled materials that meet quality and environmental standards.
Conduct factory audits to ensure compliance with social ethical and environmental standards.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations including cost breakdowns and production timelines.
Maintain detailed procurement documentation reports and supplier performance records.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement supplier management or production coordination.
Knowledge of ethical sourcing sustainability practices and quality assurance standards.
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects timelines and stakeholders effectively.
Experience working with international suppliers particularly in China is highly desirable.
