Job Title: HR Recruiter IT
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical this role you will partner with hiring managers source top talent enhance the candidate experience and support workforce planning within a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including desktop engineers technical specialists/experts backend / support staff etc.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs role requirements and team goals.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals LinkedIn employee referrals social platforms and recruitment events.
- Screen resumes conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring panels.
- Maintain an efficient and organized candidate pipeline using the internal portal Zoho Recruits.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill offer acceptance rates pipeline quality etc.).
- Facilitate offer rollouts salary negotiations and pre-joining formalities.
- Support HR initiatives such as onboarding employee engagement and policy updates as needed.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/Certifications in HR or a related field.
- 13 years of recruitment experience preferably in the IT/tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and modern software development practices.
- Proficiency using automated tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
