Role: Agile PM
Position Overview: Drive high-performing agile teams through iterative delivery cycles ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while maximising team velocity and product quality. Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced collaborative environments focused on continuous improvement and customer value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sprint Leadership: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand ups sprint planning retrospectives reviews) ensuring timely focused and productive sessions
Team Enablement: Remove impediments coach team members on agile practices and foster self-organizing high-velocity teams
Stakeholder Management: Bridge communication between product owners development teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency Process Optimization: Continuously refine team processes implement best practices and drive adoption of agile tools and methodologies
Metrics & Reporting: Track sprint metrics burn down charts velocity trends and team performance indicators to drive data-driven improvements
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project risks dependencies and blockers before they impact delivery timelines
Required Qualifications:
3 years Scrum Master/Agile Lead experience with proven track record of successful sprint delivery
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
Deep expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum SAFe kanBan) and tools (Jira Azure DevOps Confluence)
Strong facilitation conflict resolution and servant leadership skills
Experience with software development lifecycle and technical project management
Key Success Metrics:
Sprint completion rates >90% team velocity improvement reduced cycle time high team satisfaction scores and consistent delivery of customer value.
