Where could you work:

As a Graduate Aviation Project Management graduate youll enjoy variety working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways including consulting and design. Help us reimagine our places and spaces from transport hubs to university campuses industrial facilities and critical flood defence schemes - we touch every aspect of social and economic environments.

Your purpose:

  • Support the planning coordination and execution of aviation infrastructure projects ensuring alignment with client requirements timelines and budgets.
  • Liaise with internal teams airport authorities contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with aviation standards.
  • Provide engineering input and oversight throughout the project lifecycle including design reviews technical assessments and quality assurance.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all activities comply with health safety and environmental regulations including aviation-specific safety protocols.
  • Monitor project budgets track expenditures and support cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates reports and dashboards to senior management and clients highlighting milestones risks and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents evaluation of bids and management of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Promote best practices innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery particularly in the context of sustainable aviation and digital engineering.

What you can bring:

  • Level 8 or above in a Project Management related degree or any subject for those who can demonstrate commercial or technical acumen.
  • A passion for working in a consultancy environment.
  • Championing a culture where everyone belongs.
  • A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach challenging yourself to find new solutions.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.
  • Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).
  • Comfortably embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.
  • Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent). Being together in person helps us build stronger relationships collaborate more effectively and accelerate your learning and development.

Training and development:

Our graduate development programme is designed to give you an insight into many areas of work and the chance to explore where your own skills and interests lie. It features a series of training events and modules professional development mentoring and on-the-job experience as well as practical skills development.
