- Create scope and estimates and assign large and small work to appropriate entity .
- Review completion certificates to complete the end to end process.
- Strong knowledge of IEC IEEE and national electrical regulations.
- Preparation of contract documentation and specifications to meet industry standards.
- Designing and reviewing design work of intermediate and junior engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordination of work with all members of the design team to achieve project objectives.
- Ensuring that all designs and documents are prepared to the highest standards.
- Estimating and cost control on projects to maximize value for clients.
- Compiling project reports to provide accurate and timely information.
- Conceptual design studies and reports to inform project decisions.
- Mentoring and development of junior and intermediate engineers in the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively pursuing chartership
- Technically excellent with in-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in leading and supervising multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Competent in electrical design software and technology.
- Highly motivated and proactive with a willingness to take on new challenges.
