Job Summary
Scrum Master
Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the teams progress.
Coach the Team: Guide the team on Scrum practices and principles ensuring adherence to Agile methodolo-gies.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Project Manager
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans including scope timelines and resource allocation.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to en-sure project milestones are met.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project sta-tus progress and any issues.
Skill Sets
SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Agile and Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
