We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our clients manufacturing team in Cambridge ON region.
Pay - 100k-120k
Responsibilities:

Experience with environmental regulations standards and environmental program implementation in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and program implementation in a manufacturing environment.

Proven success in driving safety culture change initiatives.
-
Demonstrated experience working with regulatory agencies and leading EHS compliance and continuous improvement programs.

Strong communication leadership and motivational skills with ability to work independently and champion projects.
-
Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and diverse work groups; flexible innovative and team-oriented.

Strong English communication skills with the ability to inspect document analyze troubleshoot and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.

Self-directed adaptable professional with high integrity strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Willingness to travel regionally as required.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Environmental Health & Safety Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering (Chemical Mechanical or related discipline).

Minimum 5 years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing federal and provincial EHS regulatory compliance reporting training programs and compliance tracking.

Minimum 3 years of EHS experience within Ontario with strong knowledge of provincial OHSA WSIB and MOL regulations preferred
