Role Summary: We are hiring for a People & HR Transformation Program Manager to support a large-scale organizational redesign and operating model evolution within a People and HR this role you will work closely with senior leaders to drive execution alignment and delivery across multiple transformation initiatives in a fast-moving enterprise environment.

This position is ideal for an experienced program manager who can bring clarity structure and momentum to complex initiatives while supporting consistent delivery and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for HR and People transformation initiatives
  • Manage a centralized transformation portfolio covering milestones dependencies risks KPIs and outcomes
  • Set up governance routines that support prioritization transparency and leadership decision-making
  • Ensure HR operating model changes align with executive priorities and broader enterprise initiatives
  • Create templates dashboards and reporting tools to support clear execution and accountability
  • Work with workstream leads to define delivery plans success metrics and cross-functional dependencies
  • Coordinate deliverables across HR Centers of Excellence business partners and internal teams
  • Support programs focused on AI-enabled automation and HR process improvements
  • Collaborate with external consulting partners to streamline workflows handoffs and engagement models
  • Facilitate working sessions sprint planning retrospectives and issue resolution discussions
  • Identify risks early help remove blockers and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain a consistent operating rhythm with senior stakeholders and HR leadership teams
  • Assist with executive updates business reviews and leadership communications
  • Track adoption change readiness and business impact to support long-term transformation success

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience leading large-scale HR or People transformation programs
  • Strong background in project and program management within enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with executive stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Comfortable bringing structure and process to ambiguous or evolving situations
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with external consulting or advisory partners
  • Exposure to AI-enabled automation or technology-driven HR initiatives
  • Familiarity with program tracking or portfolio tools such as Airtable
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand dependencies and downstream impacts
