A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

In this rewarding role your day begins with a thorough look at your schedule. With your service vehicle stocked and ready you head out to your first appointment where you expertly diagnose and repair cutting-edge agricultural machinery. You interact with farmers respectfully and warmly offering top-notch customer service and clear concise repair explanations. Preventive maintenance tasks keep you busy and proactive while safety and cleanliness are always top priorities. As the day winds down you might handle after-hours support knowing your work keeps the agricultural community thriving.

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED

• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Valid drivers license and CDL
• Knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture equipment
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities related to workflow management
• Superior customer service skills related to identifying customer needs and solution implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in performing service repairs
