2.Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage the overall relationship.
- Understand customer needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
3.Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Generate leads through various means including networking attending industry events and leveraging social media.
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs to tailor presentations and proposals accordingly.
4.Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that clearly articulate the value of Honeywells solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
5.Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing engineering and product management teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market expectations.
- Participate in product development discussions to provide customer insights and feedback.
6.Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics including sales volume conversion rates and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activity and results.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the building solutions or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the building technology market and solutions.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
