Shared Services
The Infrastructure and Property Coordinator plays a key role within the universitys Shared Services environment supporting the efficient planning coordination and delivery of infrastructure property and facilities-related services across multiple faculties and business units. The position ensures that physical assets are maintained to a high standard projects are delivered effectively and services are aligned with the universitys strategic and operational goals.
Central to the role is partnering with internal stakeholdersincluding academic and professional staffand external service providers to deliver consistent customer-focused solutions. All Shared Services staff will also be required to work and collaborate closely with staff in the corresponding central function to ensure alignment and seamless service delivery. The coordinator fosters collaborative relationships to understand service needs drive continuous improvement and contribute to a safe sustainable and high-performing campus environment that supports teaching research and student experience.
