In Oracle data and analytics at PwC you will utilise Oracles suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights from it. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection data cleansing data transformation data modelling data visualisation and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database Oracle Analytics Cloud Oracle Data Integrator Oracle Data Visualization and Oracle Machine Learning.

Value Realization: Skilled in KPI definition ROI modeling and benefit estimation frameworks that tie AI initiatives directly to business performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across business engineering and design teams to ensure seamless execution and adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leading demos driving stakeholder alignment and supporting go-to-market efforts.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Agent Powered Performance team you will lead initiatives that unlock tangible business worth from AI through innovative workflow solutions. As a Manager you will drive strategic digital transformation collaborating with executive stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and elevate customer experiences across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as Product Manager for AI transformation initiatives owning product documentation backlog prioritization and roadmap execution.

Lead current-state discovery and opportunity identification sessions to define AI transformation use cases and design future-state process blueprints.

Conduct detailed Fit/Gap (RICEA) analyses toidentifyhigh-value AI automation opportunities and prioritize development.

Manage the AI agent pipeline from design to prototype to deployment ensuring qualityintegrationreadiness and user adoption.

Oversee KPI tracking ROI modeling and value realization tovalidateperformance improvements and business impact.

Coordinate the build test and deploy cycles for AI-enabled workflows in collaboration with functional and technical delivery teams.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across PwC client and alliance teams to ensure alignment on design delivery and scaling of AI-first workflows.

Support go-to-market and client engagement activities including demos workshops and proposal development.

Maintain and evolve the Agent Powered Performance offering toolkit ensuring itremainsaligned with emerging digital core and AI capabilities.

Contribute to internal capability building innovation accelerators and thought leadership around AI-driven digital transformation.

Professional and Educational Background

MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a Tier-1 business school with a strong academic foundation in digital strategy technology management or business operations.

812 years of experience in management or technology consulting with proven success leading digital and AI transformation programs for global enterprises.

Deep understanding of digital core ecosystems (e.g. Oracle SAP Workday) anddemonstratedexperience driving AI-enabled business transformation workflow redesign and operational efficiency.

Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors witha track recordof influencing C-suite decision-making and guiding large-scale enterprise change.

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams including product managers solution architects data scientists and engineers with the ability to drive collaboration and innovation across global teams
