Whats the role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Product Manager to support the end-to-end management of Business Transaction and Savings products within Business Transaction this role you will ensure our product suite continues to deliver strong customer banker and commercial outcomes through effective risk management completion of product governance requirements control execution and optimisation as well as maintenance of product procedures support material and associated collateral.

You will partner closely with the Service Owner and senior managers and collaborate across product lines of business operations digital frontline and risk teams to maintain high-quality controls uplift customer and banker experiences and deliver enhancements to support the ongoing performance of the product portfolio. With a balance of analytical ability execution focus and stakeholder influence you will play a key role in supporting product performance initiative delivery and portfolio governance.

What do I need

  • Proven experience in product management portfolio management or frontline banking
  • Ability to take full ownership of deliverables and drive high-quality outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills able to influence decisions
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with ability to balance competing priorities
  • Strong risk and compliance capability including identifying managing and reporting issues
  • Experience managing incidents and actions within SLAs (e.g. Juno)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience uplifting processes controls and customer or user experience.
