DYKA is looking for a Marketing Manager who will elevate our marketing to the next level. You will create powerful campaigns ensure consistent brand communication and deliver an outstanding customer experience. With your creativity and analytical mindset you will make a real impact both online and offline.
What will you do
As Marketing Manager you are the go-to person for all marketing activities in the Netherlands. You will develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with our business objectives. You ensure brand consistency create inspiring content and optimize the customer journey. Together with internal teams and external partners you will deliver campaigns that truly make a difference.
Your responsibilities include:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop marketing plans and manage the marketing budget.
- Campaign Management: Organize multichannel campaigns (digital print events DYKA branches).
- Brand & Content: Safeguard brand consistency and build a strong content strategy.
- Customer Journey: Analyze customer behavior and improve the experience across all touchpoints.
- Digital & Offline Marketing: Optimize SEO/SEM social media and email marketing.
- Team Leadership: Coach junior marketers and manage external agencies.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and use data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Who are you
You are an experienced all-round marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. With your knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing and your creative approach you develop integrated campaigns that truly make an impact. You thrive in a dynamic environment and take ownership of your projects owning it is in your DNA. Collaboration comes naturally to you; you actively connect with colleagues and partners because at DYKA we believe in win together. And youre not afraid to go beyond the obvious always seeking innovation and improvement to grow our customers and the DYKA brand.
You also bring:
- A bachelors or masters degree in Marketing Communication or Business.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics HubSpot).
- Experience with Shopper and Trade Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.

What do we offer
- A gross annual salary between 65000 and 77500 including 8% holiday allowance (depending on experience and background).
- Variable bonus opportunity (STI) of 12.5% (up to a maximum of 25%).
