Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join the offshore FP&A team supporting IFSs Global Sales organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting forecasting management reporting and performance analysis across the Sales organisation.
You will work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and collaborate with regional and functional stakeholders to deliver accurate insightful financial information that drives business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the budgeting forecasting and month-end reporting processes for Global Sales.
- Prepare and maintain detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) with clear commentary.
- Maintain reporting on deal level data including ACV TCV & Revenue
- Build and update financial models to support forecasting and Scenario planning
- Assist with automation and enhancement of reporting using Excel and Power BI ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sources.
- Manage data inputs and reconciliations from multiple systems (e.g. CRM HR and ERP).
- Support analysis of FTE headcount across HC and report on critical HC ratios
- Prepare presentation materials and summary packs for review with senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks supporting continuous improvement in FP&A operations.
- Champion adoption of new tools and systems to drive improved reporting and analysis
Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified accountant (ACCA CIMA CPA or equivalent).
35 years experience in a FP&A commercial finance or financial analysis role ideally in a global or multinational business.
Exposure to Sales finance within a software SaaS or technology environment highly desirable.
Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas modelling) and Power BI (desirable).
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage and reconcile large datasets.
Strong communication skills comfortable working across time zones and in a virtual team structure.
A proactive solution-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy efficiency and continuous improvement.
