Job Summary
Product Governance & Reviews
- Assist with Product Reviews Target Market Assessments and Fair Value Assessments.
- Support the assessment of new and existing products in line with the Product Governance framework.
- Review customer documentation and sales journeys to ensure alignment with governance standards.
- Maintain product review schedules documentation and action logs across the product portfolio.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop reports and dashboards to support Product Reviews and Fair Value Assessments.
- Gather and validate key data inputs to support governance reporting requirements.
- Analyse complex data sets to identify performance trends outcomes and value insights.
- Provide analytical commentary and insights during annual product review cycles.
Governance Expertise
- Act as a subject matter resource on governance metrics data requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Ensure alignment with Consumer Duty outcomes and relevant FCA rules (PROD FCA Handbook).
Requirements
- Understanding of the UK regulatory environment including FCA Handbook PROD and Consumer Duty.
- Strong data interpretation and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to build format and present governance reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organisational discipline.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Desirable
- Experience in governance compliance product oversight or risk disciplines within financial services.
- Knowledge or experience within insurance product lifecycle.
- Certificate in Insurance desirable but not essential.
