- Manage the full event lifecyclefrom enquiry quotations and BEO creation to billing post-event follow-up and reporting.
- Interpret and consolidate client requirements to deliver seamless memorable events aligned with hotel standards.
- Coordinate with key departments including Banquets Food & Beverage Housekeeping Front Office and AV to ensure flawless service.
- Conduct site inspections and proactively source new business to support revenue targets.
- Oversee event budgets forecasting contract management and vendor coordination.
- Maintain accurate records manage systems such as Delphi/Opera and ensure compliance with brand safety and operational standards.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in conference and events sales or operations ideally within a hotel environment.
- Strong organisational project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in event management systems (Delphi/Opera desirable) and Microsoft Office.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries manage budgets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- A positive solutions-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
