Housekeeping Assistant Manager

Are you energised detail-obsessed and ready to bring five-star magic to every guest stay Were on the lookout for an exceptional Assistant Housekeeping Manager a true leader who can inspire a team elevate our service standards and ensure every room shines brighter than the last.

• Supporting the Executive Housekeeper in leading and motivating a passionate team of Room Attendants Public Area Attendants and Housepersons.
• Ensuring our guest rooms and public spaces are immaculate beautifully presented and always up to luxury standards
• Coaching and developing team members so they feel confident empowered and celebrated.
• Managing daily operations room allocations and productivity with a sharp eye for detail.
• Inspecting rooms and public areas to guarantee flawless presentation.
• Assisting with rostering training stock control and ordering.
• Jumping in to support the team when needed no task too small no challenge too big.
• Collaborating with Front Office Engineering and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Have an extensive knowledge of the hotel services and facilities. 
• Perform tasks within a timely manner.
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in Housekeeping leadership (5-star luxury experience is a huge plus).
• A hands-on leader with a natural ability to motivate and inspire.
• Strong communication skills and a warm positive energy.
• Exceptional organisational skills and a love for structure detail and consistency.
• A proactive mindset you see solutions long before problems appear.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-expectation environment.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest moments.
• Always display a professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand. 
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
