Visa Commercial Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Manager to support the North America Regional B2B Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of priority industry events supporting campaign and demand generation initiatives and collaborating with Visas Marketing Operations team to optimize processes reporting and campaign integration.
As a Manager you will work closely with the broader marketing team to coordinate event logistics assist in campaign execution manage deliverables track performance metrics and ensure activities align with Visas commercial marketing strategy for LMM (Large and Medium Market). Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination & Execution:
Support the planning coordination and execution of regional industry events. Ensure all event elements including content branding and logistics are delivered on time on budget and aligned with Visas brand and strategic objectives. - Campaign & Demand Generation Support:
Assist in the implementation of regional marketing campaigns designed to generate demand nurture leads and drive engagement for LMM. Coordinate campaign deliverables timelines and reporting in partnership with the Senior Manager and Marketing Operations. - Marketing Operations Integration:
Partner with the Marketing Operations team to ensure event activities and regional campaigns are integrated into Visas broader marketing processes reporting systems and performance dashboards. - Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors agencies and internal stakeholders to manage deliverables timelines and approvals for event and campaign materials. - Performance Tracking:
Assist in capturing and analyzing event and campaign performance metrics providing insights to the Director and marketing leadership to inform future initiatives. - Content & Asset Management:
Support the preparation deployment and tracking of marketing assets for events and campaigns ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution. - Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline event campaign and demand generation workflows improve collaboration with Marketing Operations and enhance overall execution efficiency.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 4 years of experience in marketing coordination campaign support event management or marketing operations ideally within B2B marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word) and familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketo) is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
