Dormakaba Bulgaria is looking for Quality Control Specialist Incoming Goods

A job that matters: Your Tasks

• Act as professional dormakaba representative and aim to create an outstanding customer experience

Quality Management System:

• Actively participate in maintaining and improving the quality management system.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new procedures and processes ensuring effective implementation.

Internal and External Audits:

• Contribute to the execution of internal audits and assist in the preparation for external audits.
• Independently conduct audits of departmental activities following the Quality Managers program.

Incoming Material Control:

• Perform control of samples for new products new suppliers or product changes including filling First Sample Test Reports.
• Conduct geometrical and visual control of all deliveries of regular MTO parts.
• Conduct partial incoming inspection of regular deliveries of STO parts.

Supplier Interaction:

• Monitor the quality of documentation from suppliers initiating contact for missing documents.
• Initiate official complaints in case of discrepancies in quantity or quality.
• Participate in the processing of complaints to suppliers creating non-conformity reports and maintaining the Register of non-conformities.
• Assist the purchasing department in evaluating suppliers by providing performance summaries based on the non-conformity register.

Change Notices and Drawings:

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Change Notices procedure.
• Control the use of drawings ensuring they are the latest versions. Periodically compare used drawings with the official database.

Storage and Documentation Flow:

• Maintain knowledge of designated locations for MTO parts storage periodically ensuring correct positioning.
• Understand the production documentation flow and conduct periodic reviews for process compliance.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work with measuring instruments and read technical documentation.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems would be considered as an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English B2.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
