What youll be doing
- Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via chat and email (voice and social media may be added later)
- Assist with account setup verification login issues financial transactions bonus requests and navigation of the platform
- Solve technical and service-related problems quickly ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance rules
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships through respectful empathetic clear communication
- Gather customer feedback and partner with internal teams to refine processes raise quality and enhance the user experience
- Work shifts including weekends or nights and support a fast-paced high-energy team environment
What were looking for

Native-level German and advanced English (both written and spoken)

Interest in the gaming industry (and/or sports) to relate to customer needs
- Strong empathy active listening and ability to personalize customer interactions
- Problem-solving mindset quick decision-making comfortable with compliance and business rules

Proficient with MS Office and ready to learn new digital systems
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (call-centre chat BPO) is preferred

Willingness to work in shifts and provide great support when needed

EU citizenship or valid Bulgarian work permit is required
