As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the first point of contact for customers handling requests by phone email and live chat. Your mission is to provide clear information solve problems efficiently and ensure every customer has a smooth positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers in a friendly professional way via phone email and chat
Handle a wide range of inquiries from service questions and account support to basic troubleshooting

Record cases accurately and keep detailed up-to-date interaction logs
Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to established procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quick accurate resolutions

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the CS field
