Job Summary

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x to 3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist with strong technical and functional expertise to support business and project teams ensuring the correct use stability performance and evolution of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This professional will play an active role in analyzing and operationalizing Microsofts recommendations supporting involved teams and implementing technical and functional improvements aligned with platform best practices.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Support business and project teams in the use and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Ensure system stability performance and adherence to best practices.
Analyze recommendations from Microsoft and operationalize them within the organization.
Implement technical and functional improvements and monitor their impact.
Provide technical support including development and maintenance of tools and consoles for data management and correction.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Degree in Computer Engineering Information Systems or a related field or equivalent technical training.
5 years of experience in specification implementation maintenance and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (customization configuration and support).
Technical knowledge including development and support of tools for data manipulation and correction.
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (oral and written).

Complementary Requirements:

Dynamics 365 certifications.
