Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target prospective clients in need of corporate services business support or BPO solutions.
- Promote service offerings such as HR outsourcing recruitment payroll management virtual assistance and administrative support e.t.c.
- Independently develop leads through networking referrals cold outreach and other business development channels.
- Present solutions and proposals to decision-makers including executives and operations heads.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company standards and pricing.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide regular updates on leads activities and closed deals to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with a similar company offering corporate services BPO or business support solutions.
- Proven track record of independently generating and closing sales in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong professional network and confidence in engaging corporate decision-makers.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently without daily supervision.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Basic understanding of corporate services and outsourcing solutions is an advantage.
