Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations eligibility rules validations and data extracts.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Fast Formula development.
• Modify existing formulas and create new ones to support evolving business processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Document formula logic testing procedures and deployment processes.
• Support end-to-end testing and post-go-live issue resolution.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to internal teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Payroll Time & Labor Absence Benefits and Compensation.
• Proficiency in various formula types: Calculation Validation Extract Rule Element Input Validation etc.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM data model user-defined tables (UDT) and database structures.
• Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
• U.S. citizen and Canadian

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementations.
• Exposure to industries such as higher education healthcare or public sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with OTBI reporting and SQL is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120000 - $145000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134400 - $171100. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
