Job Summary

Critical Mass is currently seeking aContractAccounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team. Working closely with the Corporate Accountant this person will work in the accounts payable area and perform other general filing duties.

You Will:

Assistwith processing Accounts Payable bills includes issuing POs for vendors and matching the vendor invoices to correct POs securingapprovalsand entering in accounting system
Review and process Employee Expense Reports
Adhere to accounts payable standards and policies
Ensure all deadlines are met and invoices are processed in a timely manner
Reconcile and process the corporate credit card travel credit card and petty cash
Perform general office duties including maintain the AP mailbox photocopying of bills invoices and other supporting backup documentation
Assist with special projects

You Have:

1-2years experiencein accounting or finance
Sound accounting knowledge coupled with strong technical skills
Strong keyboarding and data entry skills
Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
Proficiency with MS Office suite of products: Excel Word and Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent financial accounting system would be an asset
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision

Base salaries are determined during our interview process by assessing a number of factors that include but arent limited to a candidates experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees tenure will also be a consideration.

Salary Range

$52000 - $58000 CAD
