Job Summary
This is what you will do:
担当地区における医療関係者とAlexionの主要窓口として疾患及び製品の認知度を向上させ患者様の為に診療環境の整備に努める
医療関係者との良好な関係を築き診療におけるニーズを特定整理し担当製品関連の紹介提案を行う
また担当地区の責任者としてエリアを管理し潜在的な顧客や市場開発の可能性を見つけることにも従事する
You will be responsible for:
担当地区テリトリーの状況分析に基づいた効果的なテリトリー戦略立案戦術実行により設定された営業目標を達成する
希少疾患における市場原理を十分理解し優先順位の高い施設医療関係者について具体的な攻略プランを策定プランに基づくアクションを実行し随時見直しを行う
疾患啓発早期診断治療決定治療継続など希少疾患事業におけるプロセスの整備を促進する
担当製品に関連した必要な知識を習得し常に更新する
効果的なチャネルツールを活用し担当地区や顧客の状況ニーズに応じたプロモーション活動および診療領域のプログラムを実施する
活動の検証をタイムリーに行い報告フィードバックを適切に行う
患者中心のパートナーシップモデルを実現するために必要な社内外のステークホルダーとの協業を積極的に行う
担当製品の適正な使用に資するため医療関係者を訪問すること等により製造販売後調査PMSに必要な業務および安全管理情報医薬品の品質有効性及び安全性に関する事項その他医薬品等の適正な使用のために必要な情報の収集提供を関連法規に基づき実施する
You will need to have:
MR資格保有
5年以上の製薬企業における医薬情報担当者経験
3年以上の大学病院基幹病院担当経験
いかなる環境も前提にとらわれず前向きに捉え新しいチャレンジを続けられる
理念を基にためらわずに素早く行動できるsense of urgency
独立した環境およびチーム内において自律してリーダーシップ/フォロワーシップを適切に発揮できる
常に自己研鑽に取り組むだけでなく相互学習共創ができる
目標達成のための最適なリソース管理や優先順位付けができる
普通自動車免許証優良ドライバー
4年制大学卒業以上
We would prefer for you to have:
3年以上の専門領域経験
希少疾患の営業経験
