DescriptionPosition Summary
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor leads the strategic execution of recruitment activities and supports hotel recruitment teams. This role drives initiatives to streamline the entire hiring process enhance candidate experience and achieve recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment plans; manage hiring progress
- Guide and develop recruitment team members; ensure quality of work
- Identify hiring needs across departments and propose effective recruitment strategies
- Source candidates coordinate interviews and manage the selection process
- Analyze recruitment data prepare reports and recommend improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions
- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives (e.g. career fairs social media campaigns)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Supervisory or team management experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
