Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
Provide HR support to the designated employee population within the region.
Build and sustain trusted partnerships with people leaders promoting world-class HR practices.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Drive organizational development initiatives to strengthen business capabilities.
Advise on compensation planning ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Champion an exceptional end-to-end employee experience.
Coach and guide managers on a broad range of employee lifecycle matters.
Support leaders through annual performance cycles ensuring consistency in goal setting and evaluations.
Lead change management efforts including communication planning and transition support.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive culture.
Utilize HR data analytics and metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to HR policies employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Bachelors degree and 5 years of progressive HR experience with minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational enterprise. Masters Degree/MBA preferred
Proven positive track record of working with business leaders
Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making
Strong coaching consulting and influencing skills
Strong understanding of talent management development employee engagement and organizational effectiveness best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS software. Workday experience is preferred
