Job Summary
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors Computer Scienece IT Engineering or any related course
- Minimum RPA Tools Experience: ServiceNow Genesys Predictive intelligence AI/ML/Azure Python
- Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
- Experience with SQL or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
- Minimum 4 years experience as an Business Analyst is required
- Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
- Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
- Good knowledge of Automation RPA and AI solutions
- Exposure to platforms like ServiceNow Genesys Copilot Power Platform and related tools
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Support in proposal creation and solution design
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
- Implement Design Development Validation and Support activities in line with architecture requirements
