The CTO oversees technology infrastructure digital banking platforms cybersecurity data management and innovation initiatives to ensure secure efficient and member-focused solutions. This role requires balancing innovation with compliance operational excellence and long-term strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with mission growth objectives and member experience priorities.
- Advise the CEO and executive leadership on technology trends opportunities and risks.
- Lead digital transformation efforts across online mobile and in-branch platforms.
- Oversee IT infrastructure systems vendor relationships and enterprise architecture to ensure reliability scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain robust cybersecurity practices in alignment with regulatory requirements and partner with risk compliance and audit teams to mitigate IT-related risks.
- Champion data analytics AI and automation to enhance decision-making and member engagement.
- Lead digital product development and guide innovation initiatives across all channels.
- Build mentor and develop a high-performing technology team while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field; Masters preferred.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience in IT or technology management.
- Background in financial services credit unions or banking technology preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Strong leadership competencies including organizational participation employee development and commitment to corporate mission and values.
