Vice President Compliance and Privacy Officer
Location:Remote
Job Type:Full-TimeWe are seeking an experiencedVice President Compliance and Privacy Officerto lead our Compliance Department and ensure adherence to all applicable laws regulations and company policies. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Lead compliance training and education programs
- Oversee investigations hotline disclosures and reporting processes
- Monitor and enhance compliance privacy and data security policies
- Maintain and update the companys Code of Conduct
- Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
- 5 years of healthcare compliance experience
- 2 years of management experience
- Health Care Compliance certification strongly preferred
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
