The Team:The Customer Insights and Commercial Analytics team is a high-impact function operating at the intersection of business intelligence customer experience and commercial strategy. We partner with leaders across the division to transform complex data into actionable insights accelerating revenue growth and margin expansion. The Impact:As the Manager of AI Tools & Automation you will be a key driver of innovation within the Customer Experience organization. You will lead the charge in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence including the latest GenAI technologies to automate processes unlock new insights and create significant business value. Your work will directly enhance operational efficiency and shape the next generation of intelligent tools for our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee AI and automation projects that create efficiencies and provide insights to support the Customer Experience organizations strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption and integration of the latest GenAI technologies to solve business challenges and unlock new capabilities.
  • Develop and implement advanced AI/ML models and automation solutions to drive smarter business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable high-impact AI solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members fostering their professional growth in the fields of AI and automation.
  • Present project outcomes findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science AI Data Science or a related technical discipline with 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch) and GenAI models.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms predictive modeling statistical analysis and automation techniques.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and collaborating effectively in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain complex AI concepts and their business value to non-technical audiences.
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the adaptability to navigate a fast-paced dynamic environment.
