What you will be doing:

In this role you will keep our parts operation running smoothly while building strong relationships with customers suppliers and your team. Your responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong supplier partnerships
• Overseeing inventory ordering and receiving
• Leading and coaching your staff to ensure a successful and efficient department
• Managing department financials and supporting business goals
• Working closely with sales service and other dealership teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Other responsibilities as assigned to ensure smoothdealership operations

What you bring:

You understand the parts and accessories world and enjoy staying current on industry trends across powersports and marine. You are organized detail focused and confident leading a team. You bring:

• Technical knowledge and experience in parts and accessories
• Current understanding of supply chain operations and trade distribution logistics
• Ability to organize clerical work administration control systems and financial resources
• Knowledge of vehicle legislation powersports industry standards and trade practices
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong numeracy written and verbal communication skills
