Woodbridge Rugby Union Football Club (WRUFC)are seeking an experienced and motivated Clubhouse Manager to join the team and help continue delivering the highest standards of service to all members and guests.
This is a hands-on role overseeing the day-to-day running of the clubhouse and bar ensuring smooth operations compliance with health and safety standards and a welcoming environment for all.

Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the clubhouse bar and function spaces.
- Oversee matchday and event service.
- Recruit train and supervise staff.
- Manage stock suppliers and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety standards.
- Promote club memberships social events and venue hire opportunities.
What you will need
- 2 - 3 years experience in hospitality or clubhouse management.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings weekends and matchdays.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
- Organised proactive and customer focused.
