职位描述
1. 支持人力资源数字化流程变革的自动化工具开发Powerbi 报告开发等
2. 支持工厂日常人力资源工作如入职数据分析档案整理大型活动等
3. 支持总务相关的系统数据维护
4. 完成上级交办的其他任务
技能和经验要求
1. 本科或研究生在读人力资源相关专业优先可以实习半年
2. 熟练使用Excel如VLOOKUP数据透视表等会Power Bi Power APP优先
3. 逻辑清晰具备基础数据分析能力
4. 具有良好的沟通协调以及分析处理问题的能力
良好的英语听说读写能力
