The Position

协助建立数据分析与目视化工具
协助项目相关事项的跟进
协助以英语准备会议资料以及撰写会议记录等文书工作
协助文件中英文翻译
信息收集与整理文件分类及整理
项目跟进及追踪
协助部门行政活动的组织
部门其他工作的执行
能力与经验要求
1本科及以上学历工业工程/工商管理/ IT 相关专业
2拥有良好的沟通能力学习能力执行能力抗压能力以及团队合作精神
(3) 熟练运用autodesk CAD office project 软件
4熟练运用ExcelPPTWord等办公应用软件
5大学英语6级以上
6每周可出勤4-5天最佳实习期持续6个月以上最佳
