About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to help drive WINs next phase of aggressive growth in the U.S. residential services market and support the companys emerging strategic initiatives in India.
This role is ideal for a top-tier or competitive candidate who combines analytical rigor with creativity and is excited by the opportunity to shape cross-market growth strengthen partnerships and help scale technology-led innovation. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into measurable business outcomes across strategy operations and new ventures.
What Youll Do
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in U.S. and emerging markets using data-driven insights.
Develop business cases and go-to-market frameworks for new products services and partnerships.
Collaborate with Product Technology Marketing and Operations teams to implement strategic initiatives and measure impact.
Lead pilot projects assess outcomes and recommend scale-up strategies.
Support cross-functional alignment on key growth priorities and report progress to senior leadership.
Contribute to building scalable models that leverage WINs proprietary technology and AI-driven platforms.
Who You Are
Minimum 4 years of total professional experience including 23 years in business/product strategy growth or partnerships roles.
- MBA from a top tier or a competitive business school in India is a plus.
Strong analytical problem-solving and financial modelling skills.
Experience with or exposure to U.S. or global markets preferred.
Adept at working cross-functionally to drive clarity and execution in complex fast-moving environments.
Highly collaborative intellectually curious and outcome-focused.
